The Port will open and return to normal operations, as scheduled, 7am tomorrow morning Thursday January 23, 2025. All Port Authority employees should report per their typical shift and schedules. Port Authority employees should reach out to your direct supervisor if questions arise.

OVERVIEW/WHAT’S NEW: We have issued another Extreme Cold Warning which is in effect from 9 pm this evening until 9 am Thursday morning. Lots of snow and ice are on the roadways, and some melting which occurs today will result in sheets of ice tonight into Thursday morning. Be careful.
WHAT: Extreme Cold Warning for apparent temperature values down to around 10.
WHEN: From 9 am this evening through 9 am Thursday morning.
WHERE: The entire area.
