Heather Neese
VP of Human Resources
Heather Neese is a strategic human resources leader with over 20 years of experience across the state government and private sectors. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations navigate growth, change and complexity by building strong, sustainable HR foundations that align people strategy with business goals.
Originally from Sylacauga, Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Huntingdon College and a Master’s degree in HR Management from Troy University. She earned her SPHR certification in 2017 and is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Heather has served on the Pensacola City Personnel Board since 2021. She and her husband Josh have two sons, Camp and Cullen.
