Eric Holbik 

Vice President of Commercial Development  

Eric Holbik serves as the Vice President of Commercial Development for the Alabama Port Authority, bringing over 24 years of expertise in the maritime and logistics industry. A Florida native, Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Prior to this role, he served as a Sales Manager for the Automotive and Fast Moving Consumer Goods segment at Sealand, where he led a team dedicated to delivering fully integrated logistics solutions tailored to direct customers’ needs. His career includes more than a decade of leadership experience in the freight forwarding and ocean liner sectors, during which he lived and worked in Honduras and Guatemala.

Now residing in Daphne, AL, Eric enjoys life with his wife, Teresa, and their two daughters, Marilis and Silvana.
